We At 77 Decors, constantly strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers which ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
To ensure better clarity on shipping timelines, please go through our shipping policy below.

1. General Information
  • We ship worldwide.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST/taxes within India.
  • For international orders, any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the buyer.

2. Order Processing 
  • Every product at 77 Decors is carefully selected and quality-checked.
  • Processing begins once the order is placed.
  • In case of any delays (due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances), we will keep you regularly updated.
3. Domestic Orders (India)

Delivery Timelines

  • 5–7 business days after dispatch.

    Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1999
  • Flat rate of ₹499 for orders below ₹1999
  • Lippan & Terracotta products: shipping charges are calculated based on weight due to fragile handling

    Logistics Support
  • If shipments are delayed or lost, our team will coordinate with courier partners and assist in resolution
4. International Orders

We are proud to introduce new and beautiful products from 77 Decors to customers around the world.

  • Delivery Timelines: 10–15 business days after dispatch (may vary due to customs clearance and destination).
  • Standard ₹4000 INR per order.
  • products: shipping is charged based on weight (per kilogram).
  • Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in 77 Decors’ product or shipping prices.
  • International orders at 77 Decors are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage or loss in transit, where our team will promptly assist you with the best possible resolution based on your location.
  • Customs inspections, import restrictions, or courier issues may cause delays; 77 Decors will assist with tracking and coordinating with the courier, but we are not responsible for such delays.
5. Extra Shipping Charges
  • In some cases, free or quoted domestic shipping may not be available for your location at 77 Decors. If this applies, our team will contact you regarding the applicable additional shipping charges.
  • Additional packaging (such as a wooden crate) may be required to ensure safe delivery.
  • If express shipping is requested (subject to availability).
  • If the order contains more than 2 different product types.

6. Shipping & Logistics Issues

  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, 77 Decors will arrange a replacement or provide store credit.
  • Incorrect Address: 77 Decors is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
7. Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment and get real-time updates on the delivery status.
