Returns & Refund Policy

Since some of our products are made to order, returns and refunds are accepted only for eligible items, subject to inspection and our return policy.

Damages or Product Issues

In the rare case your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details at 77decor.seed@gmail.com or ping us on WhatsApp at+91 70190 14428.

Our team will review and offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Repair (where applicable)
  • Replacement of the damaged product
  • Store credit or refund (if applicable)

Once approved, refunds are processed promptly and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Please Note:

  • Make sure to record a video while opening the package; otherwise, we will not be able to accept returns.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or finish are part of the handcrafted process and not considered defects.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.

Shipping & Logistics Issues

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. However, in case of logistics-related issues, here’s how we can help:

Delayed Deliveries:
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, operational challenges, or prior order volumes.
Customers are informed of expected timelines at the time of placing an order, and we do our best to keep you updated in case of any changes. Additionally, occasional courier or customs clearance issues may also cause delays. In such cases, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and follow up with the courier partner until resolution.

Lost Shipments:
If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or store credit once confirmed.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. 77 Decors is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
